Making applesauce with Grandma Freeman!! The kids had tons of fun helping wash and squishing the apples. We ended up with alomst a hundred quarts, 20+ pints and
14 apple pie filling!! It is so nice to be able to see a whole shelf of yummy applesauce in my storage room ready to eat.

Yummy! I'm not very domestic, so you'll have to teach me how to do some of that. I know how to do the pie filling, but I would love to know how to do applesauce.
I remember making applesauce with Larkin and David. They both loved it. I think it made them feel very accomplished:)
